YUEXIN successfully delivered a 58.7 m AHTS vessel "RAWABI 323"

One unit of 58.7m Anchor Handling/Towing Supply Vessel, with the name of “RAWABI 323”, was successfully delivered by Guangdong Yuexin Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd to Singapore Owner on 19th January 2016, Its sister ship "RAWABI 322" has delivered on 9th January.

Applying KCM basic design, the vessel measures 58.7 meters in length overall, with a beam of 14.6 meters, a moulded depth of 5.5 meters and a maximum draft about 4.75 meters.

The vessel is under the survey of BV, with notations as following.

Class 1 + Hull + MACH+ SUPPLY VESSEL, TUG, SPECIAL SERVICE - ANCHOR HANDLING, FIRE-FIGHTING SHIP 1 - WATER SPRAYING, DYNAPOS AM/AT R, UNRESTRICTED NAVIGATION, AUT-UMS, OIL RECOVERY SHIP - SECOND – LINE, ACCOMMODATION.

It can carry 468 m³ fuel oil, 210 m³ fresh water, 400 m³ water ballast, 245 m³ mud,13 m³ foam, 13 m³ detergent. With excellent navigability and maneuverability, it is powered by two Caterpillar 3516C main engines rated at 5150BHP, driving twin Berg controllable pitch propellers. The electrical plants consist of two CAT C18 generating sets, each with power output of 350KW. Furthermore, the designed speed reaches 13.5 knot with the bollard pull of 65 ton.

The vessel features high dynamic positioning and firefighting capability, as it is equipped with Konsberg DP2 system and FFS class 1 FiFi system, and provide anti-pollution operations.
