Yuexin Successfully Delivered a 60.6m AHTS Vessel

YUEXIN NEWS An AHTS has been delivered successfully from Yuexin Ocean Engineering to African owner on 27^th May, which has sizeable bollard pull of 80t and speed of 12.5 knots.

Applying the based design of KCM, the vessel measures 60.6 meters in length overall , with a beam of 15.8 meters, a depth of 6.5 meters and a designed draught of 5 meters. It is built under the survey of ABS classification with the notation of +A1 (E) ，Offshore Support Vessel, Anchor Handling Vessel, Towing Vessel, + Fire Fighting Vessel Class 1, +AMS, + DPS-2，+SPS2008，ACCU, UNTRSTRICTED NAVIGATION. The excellent hull design makes the vessels carry 597m³ fuel oil, 547m³ fresh water, 460 m³ drill water, 270m³ mud, 187 m³ dry bulk cement. Furthermore, the vessel is powered by a twin Niigata main engines with a total installed power of 6000 BHP and driving a pair of Berg controllable pitch propellers. The electrical plants consist of three CAT diesel engine driven generators, each with a power output of 425eKW.

The vessel features high dynamic positioning capability, as it is equipped with two Kawasaki bow thrusters and one stern thruster as well as Konsberg DP2 system. At the same time, the FFS class 1 FiFi system provide excellent firefighting capability.

Combining with excellent interior decoration design, the vessel has achieved the perfections of comfortability as well as practicability.
