YUEXIN Successfully Delivered of two 22M ASD Tug to Panama Buyer

Two unit of 22m ASD Tug, Vessel Name “MAGNOLIA” & “BROMELIA ”, was successfully delivered by Guangdong Yuexin Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd  to Panama Buyer on 19th January 2016.

 ASD TUG “MAGNOLIA ”

The vessel is under the survey of BV, with notations as following.

I + HULL · MACH TUG UMS UNRESTRICTED NAVIGATION

Applying the basic design by CNV Naval Architects,Ltd. and the production design by YUEXIN, this tug measures 22 meters in length overall, with a beam of 8.40 meters, a moulded depth of 4.30 meters and a maximum draft about 3.20 meters. The admirable design makes the vessel carries 35m3 fuel oil, 10 m3 fresh water. This tug not only can assist the large vessel to dock in or left out port but also equips with FFS class1 FIFI system and anti-pollution operation for environmental protection.

ASD TUG “BROMELIA ”

With excellent navigability and maneuverability, the designed speed reaches 12 knot with the bollard pull of 38 ton., It is powered by two Caterpillar 3512C main engines each rated at 1600BHP, driving twin azimuth thrusters Schottel SRP 1012FP. The electrical plants consists of two Cummins 415/3/50, each with a power output of 76eKW.

Moreover, the excellent internal design is a brand new design with strong practicability, worked out by domestic famous marine internal design company Blue Ocean. With “ home like” design concept, the designer combines comfort and functionality in the work.
