Four County Governors Paid a Visit To Yuexin

In the morning of 18th, September, four county governors Mr. Tom Tvedt, Mr. Olav Bratland, Mr. Nils R Sandal and Ellen Solheim and the delegation paid a visit to Yuexin Shipyard, with a corporate presentation as well as to the Havyard 842 16000BHP Anchor Handling Tug/Supply Vessel POSH CONQUEST, which is designed by Havyard AS, a famous offshore marine design company in the world.

Accompanied with Mr. Raymond Tan, the Executive Director of Yuexin group, Mr. Tom Tvedt and the delegation firstly boarded POSH CONQUEST (Havyard 842 16000BHP Anchor Handling Tug/Supply vessel) built for POSH and paid a visit to the wheel house, crew living quarters and other cabins. Then, they went to the meeting room on 3rd floor, listening to the corporate presentation, each party has exchanged ideas during the visit. The delegation pointed out that Norway achieved good cooperation in the area of industrial, business and technology, and they hoped the cooperation could  spread into education and some other areas.

Yuexin Shipbuilding Company not only has kept good cooperation relations with Norway’ Havyard company, but also keep good relations with the Norwegian Embassy in Guangzhou, which has organized four visit to Yuexin shipyard, In October, 2009, the Secretary General of The Norwegian Ministry for Foreign Affairs Mr. Bjorn Grydeland paid a visit to Yuexin Shipyard. In December, 2009, the Consul General of Royal Norwegian Consulate General Guangzhou Mr. Tormod C.Endresen attended Naming Ceremony of POSH CONSTANT and visited on board the vessel. In May ，2010, Minister of Trade and Industry Mr. Trond Giske and the delegation of Norway paid a visit to Yuexin Shipyard and visited on board POSH CONSTANT.
